Pastabilities has a passion for providing only the best - healthy, delicious food made from quality, fresh, local ingredients, and using earth friendly supplies for preparation and service to minimize our ecological footprint. Our ingredients and supplies are sourced locally to reduce fuel consumption and ensure fresh food. Our utensils, plates and trash bags are made from potatoes and other compostable materials. We never clean with harsh chemicals.
Stop in and try our handmade pastas and gourmet pizzas, made from scratch with only the most flavorful ingredients. You'll be happy you did!
Homemade Pasta
As the name implies, we're pasta-centric. You can watch us mix, roll and cut our all natural pasta right on site. Our pasta is made with ingredients like Semolina, Whole Wheat Flour, natural herbs and seasonings, Grade AA Eggs, and quality Vermont cheese. We never use preservatives or conditioners.
If you have never had fresh pasta, it's time. You might get as excited about pasta as us!

All Natural Pizza, Dough Balls & Crusts
Our crust uses only 5 ingredients. There are no preservatives or conditioners, ever. Compare this to the ingredient lists of major chains or frozen pizza at the grocery store and you'll be shocked.
In our factory store we sell both hot or take & bake gourmet pizza. The take & bake crusts are fire baked at high temperatures, so you only have to bake it for a few minutes at home.
We also sell a variety a pizza shells (crusts) including whole wheat, ttraditonal, and herb & oil. If you want a closer to scratch experience, pick up one of our dough balls at a local store.

We offer a variety of salads to choose from. Try the Garden Salad, Greek Salad or Chef Salad. Or, maybe you'd prefer the Antipasto or Artichoke Mushroom Salad.
